Strange symbols have been interrupting television broadcasts for days and nobody knows who sends them. The media is also wondering about the nature of the phenomenon that threatens to become more and more out of control.
In the meanwhile the young scientist Bobby Joe finds in the woods a mysterious cable reaches toward the stars and decides to find where it goes to.
