The Terror Film Festival is known throughout the world as a bad-azz independent film festival for lovers of horror, fantasy, sci-fi, thriller and drama, and runs every October in Philadelphia PA, across from beautiful Rittenhouse Square. The festival offers the latest and greatest works from the next wave of up and coming filmmakers and screenwriters and OVER $10,000 in cash and prizes! There is also a world class screenwriting competition.
