    Skeive Filmer, The Oslo Gay and Lesbian Film Festival was founded as a film club in 1990 and has grown into one of the biggest and most popular events during Oslo's annual Pride Week.  Skeive Filmer  is an annual international film festival focusing on gay, lesbian, bi and transgendered films and filmmakers. The festival's goal is to present a wide variety of domestic and international films; features, documentaries and short films - all delving into the different aspects of our community. Skeive Filmer is an independent, non-profit, and 100% volunteer-based organization.

  • With a successful end to another great year in Oslo, Skeive Filmer Oslo Gay and Lesbian Film Festival enjoyed expanded audience and illustrious guests who were also responsible for making the festival a great event; Brent Gorski and Jay Brannan came over with "Holding Trevor", and Alan Cumming came over with his film "Ghost Writer" (aka "Suffering Man's Charity.")
