The Sedona International Film Festival announces its call for submissions for the 15th Annual festival, February 25 - March 1, 2009.
The five-day festival features more than 125 films, including features, documentaries, foreign films, shorts, animation and student films. Filmmakers and audiences from around the world have heralded Sedona's festival as one of their favorites. The Festival Workshop, founded by Academy Award winner Frank Warner, brings award-winning, industry professionals to Sedona to teach, inspire and share their knowledge with the next generation of filmmakers
The Sedona International Film Festival & Workshop will award CASH PRIZES for filmmakers totalling more than $50,000 at the 2008 festival! Cash awards will be given for filmmaking excellence in a variety of categories to be determined by the a panel of judges. All films in all categories will be eligible. This is part of our commitment to truly honor the independent filmmaker and the art of indie-filmmaking!
