Festival Description:

SKENA UP is a International Students Film and Theatre Festival. It was founded by a group of students, young artists, in October 2003, with the purpose to promote aristical values, professional values and also the partenership and the artistic commitment between Kosova and other countries from around the world.

The programme of SKENA UP Festival includes variety of student work in film and theater. Our mission is to bring the film and theatre students work in front of the public and make it possible for them to join the network of producers, directors, writers, and actors from local and international stage.
