Traveling throughout Australia, audiences from a wide and diverse range of mining and farming towns, cities, state capitals, metropolitan centres and international venues enjoy the opportunity to feast on one of the most unique festivals in the world.

The Over the Fence Comedy Film Festival  is unique in that not only do they celebrate Australian comedy in its widest range - films which touch people, give them joy, laughter and something to think about - but they also actively encourage people to participate by creating their own films about what is important to them and their communities in their own voice and in their own form of comedy.

Over the Fence aims to encourage and celebrate Australian Culture and Humour through Film Production, particularly from emerging and independent filmmakers, and to exhibit an innovative and inspiring combination of these films to the broadest possible audience in metropolitan and regional areas Australia-wide.
