New York Festivals (NYF), founded in 1958, is an International Awards Group (IAG) Company. Recognizing The World’s Best Work™ in advertising and programming, IAG and its other advertising brands, AME, Globals and Midas, honor advertising and marketing in global communications through eight annual competitions: Advertising, Film & Video, Interactive & Alternative Media, Radio Programming & Promotion, and TV Programming & Promotion.

In 2010, NYF decided to combine both the Television Programming Awards and the Film & Video Awards, thus creating one of the world’s largest international competitions dedicated to both the TV and film industries.

The New York Festivals International Film, Video & TV Awards recognize "The World's Best Work" in informational, educational and industrial film productions and corporate video. The competition also covers short film, feature-length film and home videos. The Film & Video Awards sees entries from over 30 countries around the world.

Television Programing and Promotion: The New York Festivals International Television Programming and Promotion Awards recognize "The World's Best Work" in news, documentary, information and entertainment programming as well as in music videos, infomercials, promotion spots, openings and ID's.
