  • Festival Description:

    "Molodist" is a specialized festival aimed to support the cinema of the young directors. That’s why we looking thoroughly for a works of talented youth on film festivals all over the world. That’s why we process hundreds of applications and spend our time for a hundreds hours of videos.

    Festival’s competition program consists of sections of student films, first short film (fiction film, animation, documentary) and first full-length fiction film.

    Non-competition section of the festival traditionally presents a range of programs aimed to acquaint an audience with best pieces of a cinema art all over the world as well as works of world’s largest cinema-schools. For example in 2006 the programs from «Konrad Wolf» and «Louis Lumiere» filmschools were presented.
