Festival Description:

Organized by Brane Mozetič, a renowned poet and GLBT activist, the Ljubljana Gay and Lesbian Film Festival remains one of Europe's oldest festivals of its kind. Amidst an otherwise conservative society where the GLBT community largely lives in secret and is overlooked by the mainstream, the Ljubljana Gay and Lesbian Film Festival continues its tradition of screening gay and lesbian films from around the world that promote awareness and tolerance.
