The Holland Animation Film Festival (HAFF) presents a varied program of animation films, from exciting music videos to hilarious cartoons, from conventional films to spectacular computer animation. The HAFF is the only large animation festival in the Netherlands and along with festivals like Annecy, Hiroshima and Ottawa it is among the most important in the world in the field of animation.

This biennial international festival organizes competitions for short animation films, student films from the Netherlands and Belgium, commissioned animated films, Machinima and MovieSquad HAFF, the special youth juries. The festival devotes attention to all the latest developments with retrospectives, thematic programs, talk shows and a master class.
