Festival Description:

The Evora Int'l Short Film Festival screens Short films in the following categories: Fiction, Documentary, Animation, European Short Film and Super Short (up to 5 minutes running time). Awards are given for International Competition and the National Competition which consists of Best Portuguese Short Film and the Best Portuguese Expression Film. The Jury from the International Federation of Film Societies will choose the Best Short-Film, to which will be awarded the Don Quijote Award, which guarantees the selection of the film for the International Festival of Film Societies competition. FIKE is an independent International Short Film Festival organized by the non-profit associations University of Évora Film Society, Páteo do Cinema - SOIR Joaquim Antonio de Aguiar and Mixreel.
