Festival Description:

25 FPS screens short experimental film and video that uses interactive new media, flash, digital and 3D technologies. Each year the festival teams organizes sections focused around an filmmaker or videographer artist, sub-genre or cinematic approach to experimental filmmaking. The festival rounds out its programming with competitions (Grand Prix, Special Mention, Audience Award and cash prizes), retrospectives and special sidebars.
