Ballots cast by the audiences of every screening during Reel Affirmations have been compiled, and the results were announced Saturday during RA17's Closing Night Party. The top-rated films in the four major programming categories are:
Best Feature: "The King and The Clown"

Best Male Short: Peking Turkey"
Directed By: Michael Mew (Canada, 2006)
Best Female Short: "Happenstance"
Directed By: Joyce Draganosky (USA, 2007)
The Plant A Seed filmmaker grant will be given to Stu Maddux and Joe Applebaum to help finance their documentary "Trip To Hell and Back," the story of a man who led a double life as a methamphetamine dealer.
