After a successful event on the 25th and 26th of May at Kino Babylon Berlin Mitte, EMERGEANDSEE is proud to announce the winner of the competition: David Scharf's film "The Big Brother State". The critical animation about public surveillance methods was chosen by the jury among 30 excellent submissions.
